Professional Glass and Window Cleaning Process (Simple Method)

Purpose
This method is designed for quick, effective cleaning of windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using only alcohol, a scrubber, a squeegee, and a linen or microfiber cloth. It is especially effective when glass or mirrors are blurred by dust or by condensation from people’s breathing, such as on shower glass.

Materials Needed

  • Cleaning Alcohol – 70% isopropyl alcohol for fast evaporation and a streak-free finish

  • Scrubber – for loosening dirt and smudges

  • Squeegee – rubber blade to remove water and residue

  • Cloth – lint-free linen or microfiber for final touch-ups

Cleaning Steps

Step 1 – Spray
Lightly spray the glass with cleaning alcohol.

Step 2 – Scrub
Use the scrubber to gently loosen dirt, smudges, or water marks.

Step 3 – Squeegee
Pull the squeegee downwards in straight lines to remove liquid.
Wipe the squeegee blade with the cloth after each pass.

Step 4 – Final Touch
Use the dry linen or microfiber cloth to wipe edges, corners, and any small streaks.
